Is the word unidos the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes

The word "unidos" is identical in meaning, spelling, and grammatical function in both Brazilian and Continental Portuguese. The only difference lies in pronunciation. In Brazil, the vowels are generally more open, and the "s" at the end of the word is pronounced as a soft "s" (as in "sun") in most regions, or a "sh" sound in Rio de Janeiro. In Portugal, the vowels are much more closed (and sometimes nearly silent), and the "s" at the end is almost always pronounced as a "sh" sound ([ʃ]).
