Is the word típicos the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes.

The word "típicos" is identical in meaning, spelling, and grammar in both Brazilian and Continental Portuguese. The only differences are phonological. In Brazilian Portuguese, the vowels are generally more open and the unstressed syllables are pronounced more clearly, creating a more "syllable-timed" rhythm. In Continental Portuguese, unstressed vowels (like the "i") are much more closed or even reduced/elided, and the rhythm is more "stress-timed."
