Is the word saboroso the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes

The word "saboroso" is identical in meaning, grammar, and spelling in both Brazilian and Continental Portuguese. The only difference is in pronunciation.

In Brazilian Portuguese, the vowels are generally more "open" and clearly articulated, and the unstressed vowels are pronounced with more distinct sounds. In Continental Portuguese, there is a phenomenon called "vowel reduction," where unstressed vowels become much shorter, more closed, or even disappear entirely. Additionally, the "s" in Portuguese (PT-PT) often takes a "sh" sound ([ʃ]) when it appears at the end of a syllable or before certain consonants, whereas in much of Brazil, it is a clearer [s] or [z].
