Is the word raquetes the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes

The word "raquetes" is spelled and defined identically in both Brazilian and Continental Portuguese. The only difference is the pronunciation (phonology). In Brazil, the unstressed vowels are more open, and the final "e" is typically pronounced as an /i/ sound (ra-KE-chis). In Portugal, unstressed vowels are much more closed and often reduced or almost silent (ra-KE-tɨʃ).
