Is the word planejamento the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?
No.
The difference between the two is in the spelling and standard usage. In Brazilian Portuguese, the standard word is planejamento. In Continental Portuguese (Portugal), the standard and much more common word is planeamento. While both terms refer to the act of planning, the Brazilian version includes a "j" that is absent in the standard Portuguese version.
