Is the word noventa the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes.

The only difference between the use of "noventa" in Brazilian Portuguese and Continental Portuguese is pronunciation. In Brazilian Portuguese, the "e" is generally pronounced as a clear, audible vowel (though it may be slightly reduced to an "i" sound in certain regional dialects). In Continental Portuguese, the "e" is often heavily reduced or almost silent (a schwa), which makes the transition between the "n" and the "t" much more abrupt and compressed.
