Is the word ideias the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes

The spelling, meaning, and grammatical function of "ideias" are identical in both Brazilian and Continental Portuguese. Following the 1990 Orthographic Agreement, the acute accent was removed from both versions (previously idéia), so the spelling is now uniform. The only difference is pronunciation: Brazilian Portuguese tends to have more open, clearly articulated vowels and a more syllable-timed rhythm, whereas Continental Portuguese often reduces unstressed vowels, making the word sound more "clipped" or "closed" to a Brazilian ear.
