Is the word currículos the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

No. While the spelling is identical, there is a difference in typical usage and semantic scope. In Brazil, "currículo" is almost exclusively used to refer to a professional resume. When referring to an academic syllabus or a course program, Brazilians typically use the terms "grade curricular" or "grade." In Portugal, "currículo" is used for both a professional resume (though "CV" is the more common term) and for the academic curriculum or syllabus of a study program.
