Is the word bom dia the same in Brazilian and European Portuguese?

Yes

The only differences in the use of "bom dia" between Brazilian and Continental Portuguese are related to pronunciation. The spelling, meaning, and fundamental grammar of the phrase remain identical.

In much of Brazil, the "d" in "dia" is palatalized, sounding like "djia" (similar to the "j" in "jeep"), and the vowels are more open and resonant. In Portugal, the "d" is dental (the tongue touches the teeth) and the vowels are much more closed and reduced, resulting in a more clipped, consonant-heavy sound.
